In a world-first for the Manx language, Friends and Heroes have launched the first-ever animated film in Manx Gaelic. Caarjyn as Fenee, as they say in Manx has been produced in partnership with the Manx Heritage Foundation and the launch has been attracting considerable media coverage:

Friends and Heroes have won the Best Children and Youth Programme Gold award for the third time in 5 years. The award was for our latest DVD resource - Right On - A Holiday Bible Club for children aged 6-11 The award was presented by Comedian Tim Vine at the Christian Broadcasting Council Annual Awards Gala held in London on 5th October 2012. Amazing Catechists' rave review of Friends and Heroes DVDs and curriculum!
The influential Catholic religious education website Amazing Catechists recently published a warm and in-depth review of Friends and Heroes DVDs and Bible Curriculum.
The reviewer said that Friends and Heroes is "a fun series that my own children have enjoyed...(and) The style of the story-telling is very earnest, with clearly-enunciated moral lessons." She went on to say that Friends and Heroes historical content and accuracy means "the videos are worth watching for older elementary school students."

The children's ministry website CM Buzz recently reviewed Friends and Heroes new Easter resource Why does Easter matter?
Reviewer and children's ministry leader Keith Tusing described the animation as "dynamic" "along with music that will stir hearts and move your soul." He also went on to say that he appreciates the fact that this ministry resource can help families discover and understand the true importance of Easter.
