We can help!
Have you moved your children's ministry online during the social distancing restrictions imposed due to coronavirus? Now you can use Friends and Heroes as part of your online ministry.
During this challenging time, we've made special arrangements to allow churches who own Friends and Heroes Organisation Packs, which include a lifetime public display licence, to share special links with their families, enabling them to stream our programme content for free. You can also email the printed portion of the lesson and any other activity links for that episode and your online children's ministry is going strong!
How do you get started?
Just email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Specifically which Organisation Pack or Packs you own. (Series 1, Series 2, Series 3?)
- Proof
of purchase - Ideally this would be a copy of your order receipt/email
or public display license. If that's not available, please provide as
much of the following as possible:
- Order number
- Customer number
- Where purchased (Friends and Heroes webstore, Amazon, bookstore, etc.)
- Name under which the purchase was made
- Name of your church/ministry
- Shipping address of the order
- The episode where you want to begin
Once
we can verify your purchase, we'll send you an email with links and a
password you can share with your families.
What if you don't own the Organisation Packs?
All new purchases of Friends and Heroes which include a licence will automatically be sent the access described above, so we've got you covered whether you want to add another series or get started with Friends and Heroes for the first time.
